What I do at Vitality Coaching
At Vitality Health and Wellness Coaching, I am passionate about helping women who feel wired but tired to improve their Thyroid Health, allowing them to feel calm, confident and energised so they can function at their peak and live the life they deserve.
With the knowledge that our bodies will heal themselves if given half a chance, I will provide you with crucial information, useful tools, accountability and a safe space to help you improve and transform your overall health and wellbeing, and I will work with you to create a customized plan that fits your unique needs.

How Does It Work?
At Vitality Coaching your coach will:

Help you set realistic achievable goals to get you back on track with your overall health and well-being

Explore the relationship between lifestyle (Primary Foods) and nutrition (Secondary Foods) with you and how these impact on a person’s health and wellbeing

Aim to restore balance in 12 identified areas of life to achieve nourishment rather than depletion of a person’s body and well-being (Balancing Primary Foods)

Optimise nutrition to support individual health and wellness goals such as weight loss, improved digestion and gut health, improved energy levels and mental wellness and clarity, improved resistance to seasonal colds and much more.

Identify and honour your bio-individuality (uniqueness) with regards to nutrition and lifestyle to allow your body to heal and restore

Address many common causes of disease including stress, poor sleep, diet and lifestyle choices.
